I live in Kalispell Mt. It sits in the flathead valley where the scenery is breath taking. Every summer our population Jumps from 30,000 to 100,000 due to tourists and people coming to stay in thier summer homes. A lot of celeberaties are amoung those people.
So I got a hair brained idea for next summer. I decided to try to get an Xbox 360 tournement set up here for next summer. I have connections to many people who would be able to sponsor such an event. Right now I am getting numbers so I can contact them and see if they'd do it. I do believe there would be a good turn out here if it were to take place in Mid July.
So my question is? Has anyone ever tried to get one of these events up and running from the ground? If so any advice would be great.
