Fileplanet.com will be doing a Battlefield 2142 Beta ready to download on their website liek EA has promised but you must be a subscriber to enter in the beta, thank god I am one.
Interesting, be sure to post some screens for the rest of us! (My system would probably grind to a halt with it anyway :-/
then again my specs are probably a bit above yours, even though i'm on a laptop, so I wish you good luck lol.

I should be getting a new graphics card soon but if I can run BF2, I can run BF 2142. I'll post sum screenies if I can for u guys

I think I'll stear clear of the Battlefield series from here on out - Battlefield 2: Modern Combat was a disappointment, and I can't say that Battlefield 2 were all that impressive. It's something about the game engine that Dice uses that feels... a bit weird. And in this day and age I think we could expect menus that actually works, the menus that they've used so far seems to be focused on displaying some crummy video instead of being useful.
I'm still playing Battlefield: 1942 and Battlefield: Vietnam, both of which kicks a..
