when it takes you to your address book, at the very top it should say "Use Once" and it will bring up a screen and it will say "Email" and thats where you type in the PIN. click to send.

I hate my blackberry lol ringer in High is wow low, everything is low volume.. I need a headset to listen to stuff. I never had this problem with any other phone I had :( I don't need to chat thanks. I have enough messages or phone calls to fill my time when I am away from home. When I am away I am usually on a quest of some sort and don't want to be on a messanger thingy lol

i highly recommend downloading jivetalk if you want IM on your blackberry...best 20 bucks ive ever spent.

no it nakashige it should be standard on your blackberry phone. named BlackBerry Messenger (looks like a thought a bubble with dots (like the menu key))
