Putting my lil brother in H2O. QUESTIONS!

I want to put my little brother in H2O (:mvboogie:), for the sake of him learning not to cuss everyone out on live (He's 11).
But I know he needs his own account here. Thing is, I'm afraid that the website will go awire on me if I have two accounts on the same IP. Right now, I don't have access to another computer or different internet connection.
Is there a way to get around this? Or should I just wait until I can make a new account for him on a different computer?

When he signs up it will link him to the form that needs to be filled out. Please have your parent fill out the form, as well as please include what division hes going to recruit into and acknowledge that they give him permission to play that game in our clan.

kids r the future of gaming im sure we were all alil crazy while in our younger days but we all need someone or a few someones to help us along the way. not saying he is wild and crazy but if he gets in at a young age and is show how to act then it might b one step up for the rest of us and he could b a future h2o general or wat not you never know. might teach the older guys a thing or 2
