I know! I used to play Socom 1 on the PS2 and it was ok but this new one looks amazingly fun online! And since it's more realistic than CoD4 I think I may start saving up for a PS3.

After seeing videos and things I think the new PSN looks a little better than 360 to tell you the truth. Hate to say it but it's a better deal for the price. Since the 360s keep dying.... and Killzone 2 looks AMAZING!

Not if you wanted to be with PMS you wouldn't. We don't allow quick-sniping because it's an abuse of game mechanics that is no better than glitching. Thus why they patched it out of Socom CA. Again, WE don't do that.

okkk srslllyy quickk sniping was nott a glitchh and no where near a glitch for you to be calling it that. i use to do it all back in ca. and s3. and srslly if ur gonna say somthing say the correct info because thats not why it got taken off. it wasnt a glitch. ppl kept calling up and complaining saying how it is impoosssible to quicksnipe in real life, so it makes the game look less realistic. after majoratoy of the pplcalled up they decieded to take it outt. and the only ppl that complained were stupid scrubss that dont have any skills to quick snipe. and since they dont have the skill to quicksnipe they call up and complain because they werre tired of getting owned every game they play in.

I did it the first time I tried it, realized how cheap it was and then never did it again. And yes, it is an abuse of game mechanics to achieve an outcome not possible in real life. Quick Sniping is where you jump, scope in mid air and shooting while in mid air and killing the person...
Quick Scoping is where you run around, quickly scope in and shooting while scoping in and killing the person
for those who dont know those terms from Socom...

EVERYONE did it/does it... and its not easy to do.. you have to time it right cuz at times you cant shoot and then your sitting there scoped in and its like.. wtf? lol.

I am not the person to ask. I got on the beta the day it was released and didn't get back on until last night. I love the customization options, the way you control the mic is also awesome. The collapsable environment brilliantly carried out, but Socom still has a few bugs. Considering I am not a hardcore Socom fan I decided to give it a minute. I'll hop on from time to time hoping my girls will walk me through it. But it will be a great buy once all the kinks are worked out. I am still anxiously awaiting the full game hopefully I can play by then... lma0.
