PMS Cakes

So when the new maps for CoD4 came out, I bought 1600 points. I spent 800 of it on CoD4 maps and never touched my points after that. When I went to try to change to my PMS name last week, it said I only had 520... I was thinkin HUH?? :mvshock:
Then today, I went on my Microsoft Billing and Account page because I wanted to get another 500 points to change my name ($6.25) and it says that on June 23, 2008 [Monday], I spent 480 points on Cloverfield [HD]. Hell no. I called my fiance to see if he did it - but nope, he didn't. I checked my calendar... yep, wasn't even home that day... After work, I changed clothes, went to dinner with my uncle and we talked for 4 hours about some issues I'm having... then went home to sleep for another day of work.
I emailed Microsoft Support (since I'm at work right now) about getting a refund for something I didn't download - My fiance and I haven't even seen the movie and had no interest in seeing it - it's just not our type of flick!
Has anyone had this happen before? Do you think Microsoft will do anything about refunding my points back? That bugs me. If I even wanted to watch it, I wouldn't have bought it through my Xbox console - I'd rather Netflix it since it's a movie I don't wanna buy. I'm kinda irked by that and I'm very curious as to how this even happened :mvconfused:
