Weow. These came out quick, i purchased the X3's not even that long ago.

Personally i don't see much of a difference from the X3, as to use it as a microphone you still have to use a wire to connect it.
The main difference im seeing is that the IR Transmitter is now spectacularly HUGE! whilst mine is a mini one that sits on my cpu. I can still hear from the other side of my room, so im guessing they designed this for people who's rooms resemble that of a dancing studio.
Another difference is the speakers. They are bigger. Yay look like an alien much. But it is great if you are the type of person who likes to hear every sound in the game, feel it pumping in your head and do plan on loosing your hearing by age 30. Kinda like what my X3 does...Just probably louder.. I also don't see that as being comfy. Mine at first made my head hurt because of the weight, but it didn't take long to get used to. They claim it's lightweight, but i don't see how bigger speakers are lighter unless they are seriously crappy speakers.
The newest feature added to the list: Digital input for highest XBOX sound quality, plus analog input for TV and other audio sources
It wasn't on the X3's list of "Look what i can do" and that's the only other new feature. woopdedoo..
I don't recommend the X4's. I know people with the X1's and X3's and they are amazing. I'm satisfied with my X3, as my room does not resemble a football field and i hate clutter. I also don't plan on forking over 200$ for a headset that is pretty much the same only it makes it even harder to hear my mother screaming at me. If you are the type go for New and Updated type of accessories, this is perfect for you or you can wait for the new Tritton headset to come out. Much bulkier type of headset, but amazing quality, that Turtlebeach seams to be trying to match. I'll surely review those when they come out :)
The X1's are $60. X3's are $100. X4's $200. I don't know if there is tax from the main site, b/c when i bought mine, I only paid for shipping and the headset. So, that's another plus if it wasn't a mistake, HAh!
One more thing. The X2's are not on the site anymore. I assume they discontinued it, b/c it was a bad headset. I hardly saw good reviews on it. And the transmitter looked like a modem. It was the only one actually that did not resemble the other 3.
