if anyone could help.... i would be forever greatful....
My Husband and I have been living in this apartment for over a year and, unfortunately, our old roommates could no longer afford the rent so they opted to move out: Causing, their room to be available. The entire apartment is fully furnished (except the available bedroom).
Our place is a gamers dream. My Husband and I are avid gamers with almost every system that has been created since the original Nintendo (including the X-box 360, but not the playstation 2), complete with 55-inch widescreen television and surround sound system. This apartment is a great place for any gamer to crash and spend some time.
This apartment is located on the 6th floor of the Stanbridge apartments, less than a two-minute walk from the Lansdale train station (R5), so it is ideal for anyone utilizing public transport.
There are three adoring cats in the apartment; other pets are welcome, although dogs are not permitted in the apartment complex.
The cost of rent is $400 per month for the room, plus half of the utilities: electric, phone and gas (plus, internet if you will be using it.) Water is included in the rent.
We both work late afternoon into the night. We would prefer someone on a similar schedule, so we do not disturb each other sleep schedules. However, we are willing to consider otherwise, depending on the individual.
