and dont that there r some areas of the fourms that i was able to post on and now i cant and i know that im not the only one that is happening to so if someone could fix the problem for us, we would love u forever

I think it was changed so only H2o members and Admins can post in those sections. :)

It depends, the H2O announcements section should only be open to posting by H2O leaders, PMS leaders, and Administrators.

we already have our leaders section lol.
the h2o announcements is for the h2o leaders to make important announcements about what is going on in h2o. its that simple. if someone wants to announce they have a new h2o, there is the general talk or the anything goes section for that.

You get the idea, if the forum is not meant for you or questions posted here are not meant to be answered by you, you don't have the permission for it.
H20 Recruits: Registered users and H20's can post, although current H20's should limit any posting here, since this section is obviously for those looking to join H20's. PMS can reply, but not post. Why do you need to post here? I only see PMS Leaders needing that permission for sticky threads and so on.
I needed to change the permissions for certain sections because of the massive chats and spamming going on where they shouldn't be. Please limit that to Anything Goes and IMs. Also, this helps people get the most accurate information when they're looking to join us.
If anything seems off though please continue to post it. There are now a ton of forums on here, hidden and public and the permissions take awhile and after doing that and watching the forums for a few hours, my eyes get blurry, and on the admin cp this whole forum starts too look like one big cluster poop so don't hestiate to point out when Gypsy has broken something..please.:p
I stickied a thread for this, in the recruitment section. I wonder where the 26 views it had came from:confused:
And of course, if you have been removed from the clan list or you have not completed recruitment you won't be able to see certain sections. Oh, and also if you don't confirm your emai when you register and come directly to the site you won't be able to do much either.

Thank you guys for anwsering my questions.... I see what you mean... specially about people spaming in every section...
The only thing that bothered me about it was the fact that there were threads in there that were recently made and still active when the rights were changed and we were no longer allowed to post. I was hoping someone would move those threads but its not a big deal now.

I always thought that was unfair how PMS could see and post in the H2O section, but not the other way around.

The forums are currently set up so that the PMS sections are accessible by PMS members only. Fortunately gyps has been able to make it work so that guys (no matter the usergroup, from administrator to standard members) cannot view any of the PMS sections. Any form of leader sections in the PMS sections have permissions based on the usergroups, but specific questions on that would have to go to one of the ladies.
Conversely, for the guy's side - the standard H2O Clan sections will be visible to H2O Clan members, H2O leaders, and PMS Leaders. At least I'm pretty sure thats how it's set up :p
Banked threads may end up in a couple of banks depending on content / issue, which is handled on a case by case basis. Hm...i think that covers the basics.
