My 360 doesn't let me join some games on live. I think it is because my NAT settings are 'strict' but i don't know how to change them. Any advice?

Do you haveeee... a firewall, router, etc. ? What sort of equipment are you dealing with? Do you connect wirelessly or are you directly connected to the internet on your 360?

I have a BT Home Hub and use an ethernet cable to connect it to the 360. i use McAfee security which has a firewall

I've fixed it!! I turned my router, PC and 360 off for 3 minutes then it worked again!!
