Is it possible for me to be able to send PMs to more than one person? Particularly, when there is a disciplinary matter that needs to go to Firewife and the Staff of Delta, I need to send it to all of them. Sending it 6 times takes a lot of time and system resources.
Can leaders have the ability to create 'groups' or mailing lists?

i believed you can just seperate the names but putting this " ; " in between the names..

Yes but even when you do that, it gives you a notice that only one person can be messaged at a time. I think the leaders should at least have permission to mass PM.

o yea ok.. i agree for sure..
mass private messaging is by default disabled I believe to prevent the potential spam. For leader positions it makes sense to enable it so you can send a PM to multiple people. (Setting a limit of 10 or 20 maybe *shrug* )

Hot Chief already sent me a message about this and I set the limit to 5. I'm now making it 10 for all PMS|H20 Leaders. I can't set that number too high for performance reasons...at least thats what the warning under the option tells me....I blame all you leaders if something breaks:p

I often send stuff to staff and my co-leader... that's 6 right there... so the upgrade is NICE.
Are there distribution list options?? like can we make a DL-PMS, DL H2O, DL-H2Leaders, DL-DeltaStaff, DL-Delta (all Delta members), DL-Leaders (all pms & h2o leaders), etc. list that only requires us to enter one recipient, but it actually delivers to everyone on that list? Would that help? Make it restricted so that only leaders & staff have access to use the lists so a random member can't mass spam...
Just making stuff up here... throwing it out there :) No pressure!
The only other alternative would be if we can make sections viewable only by specific division leaders and staff... like if there was another section under Delta that only me, Firewife, Miko, Lisa, Mizznasty & Devolution can see (no other pms leaders or staff)... but that might be a bit of a headache!
