The prize patrol is always rolling? Simply submit a PMS|H2O Wallpaper and the best one will be sent something random and fun from our amazing stockpile of prizes! And the best designs will be featured in the download section of our website! CLICK IMAGE TO READ RULES!
Contest Rules:
1.) Each user can only submit one wallpaper
2.) Only images that are owned by PMS Inc. or created by the submitter can be used.
3.) All wallpapers must be submitted in ALL the following resolutions: 800x600, 1024x768, 1280x1024, 1600x1200 and 1920x1200
(Widescreen resolutions would be welcome in addition)
4.) Contest starts the 1st of each month at 12 a.m. and ends the last day of the respective month at 11:59 p.m
5.) Users will be chosen by a poll on the site which will last one week.

*all sumbissions will become the property of PMS Inc.

Thanx PhiNix I like color lots and lots of color. I wish I could submit more then one thou, cause I have a few I've made but I guess I'll just have to wait until next month. I do have a question if someone wins, can they submit a different wallpaper for the next month?

i would say there might be a period you have to wait before being able to win again, like wait a month and submit. but i dont know for sure

Well there's no rules against submitting month after month after month. I wouldn't want people to stack up t-shirts, so if we have repeat winners i would start switching prizes up.
I would say if you win two in a row take a couple months off, but we'll cross that bridge when we get to it.
Finally - you may submit the same one again (if you don't win!), but you can't resubmit winning wallpapers (of course). I would suggest improving your wallpapers should you not win so you can have a stronger entry for the following month.

Ok, so when I started my wallpaper, I wanted to make 3 one for each witch (from the three console/pc witches). I never game on the PS and rarely on the Wii so I thought it would be cool to have the xbox witch and other members would want PS and Wii. So I made all three and then I saw you can only submit one....so the green witch is my submission, but I included the other 2 in case anyone wants the PS or Wii witch. :)
