Uhmm, well, some of you guys/girls might remember me as ImSoUNDERGROUND. But yeah, i'm back, and i'm interested in joining again..

So, basiclly i have to go through everything i went through before?

Hey project X. In order to become an H2O you will need to do your recruitment process over again. It will be the same as before, 30 days and 8 hours a week. So basically 8 hours a week for four weeks. Please add the following practice captains please, we will start you at the beginning of the next cycle which will be on monday of next week. Thanks.

Idk if i'd be considered a 100% Recruit.. -.- As to ive been in my recruitment stage before when it was Killowertz and Rockstar and Esty(who i never see in games)

But yeah my recruitment went for over 3 months (i did OVER hours) and wasn't accepted, cause Rockstar quit and i was attending all of his Practices..so i guess all of the recruits under him are in the same situation as me.

I can answer for Esty:

Our cut off for recruits was Monday and no, we do not have non-clan members in our practices (except for extreme cases, where a family member is brought in to fill a space.)

You are more than welcomed to reapply on January, 5th when Esty unveils the new H2O NA Gears of War 2 division to the public.

If I did, I wouldn't have said it. We have a set schedule for the transfer into Gears 2.

The current Gears divisions will go casual as of November 7th. The divisions will restart on December 1st, but will only be taking current H2O & PMS members to allow them proper time to get settled into the division and to give us time to obtain more staff. On January 5th, the divisions will be more equipped to accept recruits, such as yourself.

He's right, with the release of a new game there are many things we need to "consider" before getting things running. This division has existed for quite sometime and while alot of things have changed it doesn't neccessarily mean that once the game comes out we can hop right over and things will be just fine, there are the finer points such as, with a new game and a new release, ther are going to be hiccups and bugs to consider as no game has ever been perfect upon release. And also we can't expect everyone to lay down 60 bucks on a game that they don't have the money for. This gives ample opportunity to get things right, and make sure everyone is fully prepared.
