Who told you that you can no longer continue? I would think if you were not accepted as a potential recruit that you most certainly would have been told why. This shows as your first post, and if you were in recruitment you should have already posted an application before hand.

i will have to get the details as im not fully aware of them ,and i dont want to get any one in trouble, and its not actually me ,im asking these questions for a very now grumpy person..is age a big factor in ur recruiting ?

No age is not a factor in recruiting, ONLY attitude and being a positive representation in this clan (not causing drama) will get you through the door =P Please do try and talk to the guys and see if this is a mistake or what happened exactly.

well its my son for 2 weeks he has been with h20 members from 7-9 training but today the one who said he could become a recruit told him he has spoken with other h20 members and decided he is too young even thou he normally comes out on top of the score board whilst playing with ur other h20 members, so is age a factor,my son will not let me talk to the guy who said he could be a recruit ,i think he is very hurt about this decision..

No there is no age limit to this clan and more importantly we find trying to make a home for the young gamers most important as we feel it is our duty to protect them and try to provide a positive environment for them.

I am sure this is some misunderstanding, or perhaps this division was confused on our rules. I encourage him to talk to those leaders again and direct them to this post. I strongly feel this had to be a mistake.

Please let me know the outcome of this, thank you!

No, they should be sent here to post an application first. Its how we document when people start recruitment and their anniversary date =P

thank you for your reply,i do agree reeledjimbob111 is an excitable player..But i do think maybe someone should take a bit more notice as to what goes on with your practice sessions as i am normally with jim when he is playing cod4 and normally always watching practice sessions ,you defiantly have other recruits that obviously dont take things very serious .Its a shame you decided this action as from everything i see he certainly cleaned the floor with most of the other players ..Probably my next question is in the forum somewhere ,and the link you sent me did not work, bur i assume there are other European clans for H2O ? and these are what you recommend jim trying to get into ? And i honestly believe he has taken his constant talking issues to hand as he would so very much love to be part of something like H2O, sorry to waffle on but i do appreciate your reply to this.

I have move this thread to a more appropriate section of the forums. You originally posted this within the American H2O forums and have moved you here, the Europe Forums.

The Recruitment Manager for H2O in Europe is Dark Dajin H2O (http://www.pmsclan.com/forums/member.php?u=1697) And He should be contacted on ReeledJimbob111's re-application into H2O, I will also reiterate that he cannot re-apply for 30Days from 4th June 2008. Dark Dajin H2O will be able to answer all your questions regarding available Divisions to join within H2O, please contact him in the first instance.

At this point can I draw you attention to this post :

http://www.pmsclan.com/forums/showthread.php?t=27518

and this post :

http://www.pmsclan.com/forums/showthread.php?t=25764

and on the above post this :

* During practice the practice host is in charge. we ask all in practice that when the host is talking to give him the respect and be quiet and allow him to speak. Of course we all like to talk and that is encouraged but sometime the host will have important information to share with everyone.

* Everyone is to be respectful to the host and eachother. We will not tolerate any disrespectful speech of any kind. We are all a big family here and all enjoy gaming so remember that when we are practicing.

* The Practice host is in charge or how he chooses to set up game rules (gametype, gamemap, etc.) There will be no arguing about his choices. He Has been appointed to the position for a reason. So if this is not followed he has the right to boot anyone from the practice he chooses.

* Anyone not wanting to follow the rules during practices will be asked to leave the practice. If the offense is serious enough they will receive a verbal warning from the host. If the actions continue in future practices, One of the leaders will be notified and a decision will be made to remove you completely from recruitment. Like I said we are all here to have fun but we also need organization. So anyone being unruly will be dealt with.

Although the above two post are from the American Division the same rules, PRO RATA, are applicable within the Europe Divisions.

I would also stress that the PMS|H2O community is focused on ATTITUDE and NOT SKILL, and gamers are here to improve their skills if they so wish.

Can I also draw your attention to Xbox.com Terms of Use and Notices (http://www.xbox.com/en-US/legal/xboxComTOU.htm) and LIVE Code of Conduct (http://www.xbox.com/en-US/legal/codeOfConduct.htm) which all Xbox live gamers must adhere to.

ReeledJimbob111's previous disruption during practice sessions will not be held against him should he wish to re-apply to H2O, but might be taken into consideration during recruitment, should this disruption be repeated.
