If you have not heard of this guy hes the guitarist with the Red Hot Chili Peppers.

He writes some amazing stuff that is well worth a listen to, you can get an acoustic version of one of his albums in the demo section of his website here (http://www.johnfrusciante.com/).

There is another album on there as well which is called "From The Sounds Inside" you may wish to avoid this one though as its from his days when he was heavily using drugs and it kinda shows.

He's been on a hell of a ride since first joining RHCP. I was watching a docu on them, and they had a clip from a Dutch interview he did at the height of his drug use. You would have never thought he'd live through it.

I'm glad he's back from the brink. Plus, RHCP's is much better with John then they were with Navarro.

Yeah, John really is something special. His method of composition and the music that he puts together is nothing short of magical. I'm confident that he can go down in history as one of the best guitarists out there. With John, it's not about speed, it's not about how hard or heavy it is, but it's all about the spirit and the energy of the music. He has created nothing short of beautiful guitar riffs.
