Ok, I am very frustrated with this in general. Not about the avatar, but about fishman. Quite frankly, he should be happy he does not have a permanent ban, because quite frankly not only because of the content he posted, but also because of his conduct in respect to dealing with the situation, a one day ban is extremely lenient.
I don't want to hear any more complaints on the subject, if I were handling it personally a one day would be the least of his worries. And the next time I hear direct bashing of one of our members after the attitude given when you were asked to stop spamming fishman, I will personally make sure your ban is extended.
Trust me, there was plenty of reason, both on the forums and with private messages. People do not get banned at the whim of any user.

Opinions and disrespect are VERY different things, and you will find that while I encourage people to put out opinions, I will NOT allow the type of disrespect that was expressed. That is not a point of debate. I would suggest a read through the guidelines gypsy posted.

Disciplinary actions are between us leaders and the person in the wrong. Not everyone has to know who were warned and why.

You're a spammer who needs to tone down how often you post. We have a section just for spam. There is no need to post it anywhere else. And this doesn't mean all spam is bad like "uh no look what you did", but when it's in high volume in places other than anything goes, it gets annoying.
It's not just the fact that it's typically a one liner, it derails current debates and doesn't leave much room for discussion if you post something like "yeah ur right" or "lol so funny." Justify your replies with more of an answer, just why is someone is right? Why is something funny?
And let me inform people right now spamming isn't limited to one liners. Irrelevant discussions in threads is spam. If you posted a whole paragraph about cheese in someone's skateboarding thread, and didn't tie it in to the topic at hand, that is spam.

There is no reason anyone should have to worry about getting banned. Just follow the forum rules and it shouldn't matter whether they IP ban people or not.

but i have almost 850, and none of it is really spam. so in truth you can have a lot of posts without spam. it just depends on how active you are.
but harper i left and you had 1,110. and then i came back today and you had 1,100. that is over the top.
people need to calm down. I understand that I have a spam problem. I'm trying to stop, end of discussion.

It seems that everyone is pissed off at me. Everytime I post in a section that causes my post count to go up, someone has to say something about me spamming, even if Im on topic. I have a headache from it.
