xbox issues n controller

My xbox is fine i think, but my controlller IS blinking 4 GREEN LIGHTS and i cant use it. i have wireless controllers and i am charging it. but still its not working. does it have to do anything with the xbox?

maybe its the battery pack. if you have another one try and using that, if not then get actual "AA" batteries and use them. and then we will move on from there
