It looks as the whole interface is affected by a blood bath. Layout is OK. Just test / try to see by yourself if you apply brilliant white / lighting ping colour on Brushes outside the Title Circle as well as on Links Headers. Apart from it, add some slight spacing between Dots and Headers. Also try to replace yellow with some bright eye-catching gradient effect under the Title Circle.
