I would, but A) i have not the money, i spent all my money on viskeys birthday present and B) my mum would never let me
same here, but I might be going to MLG Dallas next year. Anybody know when that'll be?

The MLG events are on weekends aren't they? Why would that interfere with school?

it might not go over well w/parents, but maybe if i can find a cheap place to stay and everything! but i still won't be 18, so i can't get a room by myself! ugh, i don't want to go w/parents . . .

MLG NY will be the MLG playoffs and i am not positive if they will be having the LCQ (last chance qualifier) like they did at Chicago, ATL, and LA last season.

lol, i would if i could . . . we need to get like, a PMS bus! and station PMS hotels where PMS/H20 members can lodge for discounted/FREE prices!!!!!!!! hahaha, i know it's a stretch, but it would be really helpful :)
Yeah. That PMS bus would come in handy. Especially for a tournament like NY.

its too bad my grandma didnt move to NY like she said she was gonna, god that would be amazing, she'd probably pay my flights to go see her aswell :D free accomodation, free meals:D

I could probably handle the money on my own. My dad is a different story. Maybe I'll recruit my stepmom to help me. She knows I take my video gaming seriously.

i think i could find the financial means . . .it's just the F.P.U. that would be the issue . . . and reserving a room, all that stuff . . . i'd probably have to pretend i wasn't staying a hotel w/all you guys . . . lol, they'd call u "strangers", ugh

To convince my parents to let me go I'd have to tell them that I've been talking to you people for a LONG time, have straight A's in school by that time, keep all of my chores done (laundry, room tidy, dishes cleaned when Mary tells me to), and raise the money by myself. Sounds difficult, but if I put my mind to it and convince them that I really want to go, I'll do it. Though I'd definately have a better chance convincing them into letting me go to MLG Dallas next year; it's way closer and I won't have to take a plane because I'll probably have my license by that time.

omg, it really is . . . i just looked at hotel prices . . . my god . . . they're like $300 (AT LEAST) a night for just one person . . . insane! we definitely should all chip in and share a room . . . besides, i need "adult supervision" . . . (not 18 yet)

yup!!!!!! it would be! :) . . . though, i am warning u guys, i'm a little spacey in cities bc i'm not used to them . . . i've come very close to getting struck down by taxis and such, lol
I will probably have the same problem. As long as I have comfy walking shoes (my converse) and some money on me, I'll be good. As long as I don't get mugged. lol

If you have any questions about MLG events, direct them towards me. I work for them, and I know more than most people do.
Most MLG events run from 5 PM Friday, til about 8 PM Sunday. Special events, such as the playoffs, or the championships, run a day longer, so the event actually starts Friday morning, instead of Friday afternoon.
MLG New York is the Playoff, so it'll start Friday morning.
As for next season, no schedule has been set in solidity yet. MLG Dallas is probable, but nobody really knows yet just where and how frequent the events will occur.
If there is a MLG Dallas, I will more than likely be driving there again from Oklahoma.

There is nothing saying that there will be an MLG Dallas next year. No event is set in stone for next season yet.
