Another band to keep an eye on is Tokyo Rose. I got the song for free off Facebook, and 'Treading Water' is probably one of my favorite songs right now.

It's difficult to pick just one but I'll say my fav Hip Hop artist is Aesop Rock. My favourite group...either Swollen Members or Phi-Life-Cypher.

Wouldn't be surprised if no-one knew who any of those are but I love my Underground Hip Hop.

i love aesop rock and Phi-Life Cypher.
real hip hop not the i kill people and smoke crack stuff lol.

but i like metal more so im going to go with black sabbath.

I've had a ton of favorite bands over the years, but I never stopped liking previous favorites... I just stacked new on top. Personal favorites include Sum 41, Metallica, Buckethead, Avenged Sevenfold, and most recently Muse. I still listen to all of them a ton, but Muse is currently my "OMG they're so awesome" band.

Unfortunately, we don't get sincere rock like this in the new millennium. Maybe it's just me, but most of the rock that I've been hearing nowadays has always had a driving motive for suffering (or imparting thereof) through some wailing about some love or hate or what has/could have been. Maybe it's just me, but the public taste in and demand of rock nowadays has been spiraling downwards on the age ladder rather than developing and moving up since fun days of The Tragically Hip and Barenaked Ladies.

I listen to music for around 14 hours a day (My earbuds never leave my ears thus I have been called "Headphone guy". My itunes has a 6 day long library list with absolutely no song I don't like. (So I usually have 8 out of 12 tracks per album.)
