Red Rings, help wanted

Ok, i want to red ring my Xbox, i have done 5 times now but it wont stay red ringed?

The reason i'm doing this is because its really messed up, my 360 can't read discs, the colour is messed up, and it keeps turning itself off.

So, can anyone please tell me how to successfully red ring my 360?

All you have to do is call Microsoft and tell them that your xbox gave you the 3 rings of death. They pretty much take you at your word. I know that we did that with ours like 2 times so they can send me a box in to repair it. So yeah. you dont have to make it give yout the 3 rings. Just tell them that is what its done.

If that fails, you can always cover the vents and leave it on. :D

Yea, but, when they recieve the xbox and see that it is not red ringed, wont they just send it back?
