I got told by an H20 that it's against PMS rules to let other ppl play on your PMS tag . . . however . . . he's a close friend, he wanted something to do, and he was just playing w/ppl on my FL, not w/the clan and in practices or anything. I told him not to say anything dumb or msg random ppl, and I can trust him . . . known him my whole life . . . is this still against the rules? My gamertag doesn't even have "PMS" in it (yet) . . . if it is a problem though, I'll have him play on my second tag that I picked up the other day. But yeah .. . anyone know the answer?

hmmm....thats a good question. I mean i wouldnt think that would be a problem. I leave my 360 on but my bro duznt play under my tag. If he duz, he'll play campaign or solo missions. I trust my lil bro enough 2 kno that he wont do anything stupid

yeah, but my friend wouldn't do that, lol . . . he was only playing w/a few of my friends . . . idk, i guess i'll just put him on my other tag to be on the safe side if he plays again .. .

they are not supposed to play on your tag to boost levels, talk crap, or pretend to be you. if they are just playing for fun with your knowledge and permission, i think that it is ok. dont quote me tho. it's more so ppl dont play with him thinking he's you and hear a guy talk, then they say things like PMS is boosting, and stuff. but in customs? w/ friends? it's ok.

ya...it is against the rules...just to protect our PMS reputation...Im sure however your friend can be trusted but it doesnt mean we ALL should trust him...know what I mean? there have been mishaps and it wouldnt be fair to tell others they cant do it but you can. anyways I'm glad you have another tag for him to use ;)

i'm glad to know this. because sometimes my fiance will have a friend over and they'll play matchmaking, and they've used my tag before so they can do ranked matches. It's always bothered me, and they finally don't do it anymore, but he is the kind of guy that WOULD talk crap if he had a mic on. So i finally told my fiance not to let anyone use my tag. I didn't want anyone to get in a match and for him to do or say anything that would reflect PMS. It definitely makes sense that no one should use a PMS tag except for PMS because of reputation and stuff. Now at least I can say "it's not allowed" and not just that I don't want them using my tag, cause then i just feel like a jerk. :)
