Help and Question.

Hey everyone how's it going? Well I've been wanting to make my own sig. now for awhile, but I don't have photoshop and I was wondering if microsoft photodraw would work? Well yea that was my question. The help part is different I was wondering if someone would make me a sig untill I get good at making them. I just want a picture of me in the background and like some colors with it in the background because the pic. I want in it I'm in the bathroom and I just want a cool design over the bathroom part. The of course I want my tag. In the back. Dekstres. Well if someone could hook it up that would be perfect. Heres the pic I want in the background. not really, it is small but u can make a custom background and textures to go with it

i was working out the small pic but I guess ur right, its too small to work with, ibgger pic will be a whole lot better to work with

Well you can't stretch the picture? You know what forget the picture my tag and a sick ol' background would be good enough and if it would be a halo background you gotta have the br in his hand atleast lol. and can someone tell me if I can use photo draw to make one? Well thank you all.
