whats up with the lil and big sis thing?? how do u get one and how do u get your H2O guy?? i would like to have my man be my H2O but dont know what the procedures are about it.

also, is there anyone who can customize me a sig????

Big Sis/Little Sis is something we have been doing ever since PMS Halo 2. The H2O's also have a similar thing, except it's Big Brother/Little Brother of course lol.

Your big sister/big brother is basically your friend in the clan, the person you go to when you need to talk about something or have questions. They should be available to you by phone, email, IM, Xbox, whatever and be ready to answer any questions you have or at least they can tell you where you can get those answers. They're the familiar face in the room when you don't know anyone and they help you feel comfortable in any situation. Big sisters/little sisters are typically assigned by the division leader or recruitment leader as recruits come in and are made members. You can choose who you want though, so if you feel more comfortable with another person or have a friend in the division that you know they can be your big sis. Almost everyone in the clan has a big sis/little sis(sometimes they will even add their name in their sigs), and it's something that is now required when a recruit becomes a member. You can have 1 big sis and each big sis can have 2 little sisters. You can be a big sis, I believe, after 2 or so months in the clan, but that may be different now, I would ask the division leader about that. In very special circumstances a big sis can have up to 3 little sisters like I do. But each big sister should have an assigned little sister before anyone gets an extra little sister.

You choose you want as an H2O as a sign or recognition that person is a friend that respects you and is essentially a good friend to you and a respectable person in general. Many times people will choose their relatives, best friends, or husbands/boyfriends, as their H2O. It's usually best to choose someone you know and are familiar with, but there are a ton of great guys in our community who have been around for awhile and if you get to know them, and become friends you can choose them as well. You can recognize a max of 2 H2O's with a limit of 3 different H2O's in your clantime. So if you have a disagreement or if they no longer want to be recognized as an H2O, they will be stripped of the title and you can choose another, up 3 separate times. Of course, if you chose someone you are familiar with you won't really have this problem.

When you become a member you can recognize an H2O, but it's not a requirement. If you do, tell your division leader and it will be added to your roster information, that H2O cannot be chosen by another PMS member. The H2O, if registered on the forums will receive a title, "Team H2O" or "PMS Gore Kitten's H2O"(If you become a member). He will also receive special H2O Community rights to see our PMS H2O section which is for Casual and competitive PMS and H2O members. If your H2O wants to be competitive and join the H2O clan, he needs to go through the same recruitment process you did and post in the area where he wants to recruit, he would still be your H2O though, just with a division title and division view rights instead, once he finishes recuitment that is.

There is a waiting period. 90 days i believe, but your recruitment period is included in that time period, then your "probation" period, i think thats what it's called, that's what i call it haha. so it's 30days + 60days. Then you can have your h2o. And you can only have 2 in your pms life time.

I think i got that right, i didn't bother checking and i haven't looked it up in few months o.o if it changed i'm sure someone will correct me :)
