They have a game art book for halo but if there was ever a fan art book you need to submit stuff. Currently there's no such animal but next year being the year of halo
we might see somthing.
Halo 3 + Peter Jackson's exsecutive produced(bungie the director really cause nothing gets in if they don't say so) Halo summer 2007 blockbuster makes next year largely the year of HALO-many new products will arrive-exciting times.

I hand drew it with computer tools yes
I have a wacom tablet that I use to draw... this was a compleatly digital piece :D
