PC Upgrade

Howdy, i am currently getting money to upgrade my sh*thole computer and would appreciate it if you could give me some advice on what to get, i mean i know what computer i want unfortuneatly i dont have 9grand, so yeah i have a budget of about 700-800 pounds, if you could find me some high end processors graphics cards, the works. (i need everything, MB CPU etc etc) and what you think are quality products to get, also a HIGH end fan as my computer has very bad overheat problems.
