Pac man should only be played with an arcade stick, but if they have jungly steps it's all good.

Well i don't think they are going to make a stick just for pacman.

Hmm. I must venture to mount doom and forge an arcade stick of pure arcadeness.

i know what ya mean, its like on hard hard mode, just to get the atchivements. the old ones were easyer, if ya ask me, but np for pac man, but street fighters is HARD and man the graphics is weak, i can't belive that this was one of the best games i thought to be back then, and i played it like crazy...

In all fairness to the original version of Street Fighter II, this version is not as good. They made the game more difficult, but in a really cheap way. Ryu is nearly a joke, and so is Vega. I wish I could have gone back to SFII Special Edition on the Genesis. This version online is still very good because you don't have to deal with the computer's cheapness, and the online play alone makes the game worth buying.
Also, this version of Pac-Man is not as good as the original either. The main problem is the controls. Sometimes when you press a direction it doesn't acknowledge it. In this game, you can't afford that. Also, being able to select any level you've managed to reach kills the replay value. It's a shame since Pac-Man is a really good game. Hopefully Namco gets it right for Ms. Pac-Man.

Thanks. So far I have to say that the best Xbox Live Arcade games are ones made for it, not the retro remakes. Uno, Hexic HD, and Cloning Clyde are all very good (I would even put the first two amongst the best games on the system period). The controller just doesn't seem to be made for games like Pac-Man, Galaga, Frogger, or even Street Fighter II. I'm sure some future retro releases will turn out just fine though. MK3 has easier move motions than SFII, so the controller shouldn't get in the way as much. The DOA4 Arcade stick should help with some of these games if you are willing to pay the extra cash for one.
Back on topic with Pac-Man. Speaking of the Arcade stick, someone on my friends list tried Pac-Man with it and said the game controlled even worse with it.
