Hi all,

My game name is Ralphios. I just started playing COD4 on the PS3 for about a week now. I have previous longterm experiences with Battlefield 2 on the PC. I played in a clan for about 2 years and since i moved to the USA I haven't played at all.
Now I finally got a PS3 and a nice copy of COD4.

I am usually playing between 6PM and 11Pm on weekdays (eastern time). The times for the weekends vary from week to week depending on what else I'm doing.

I saw that a headset is required so guess that I will be heading to the store on my break to get one!

If you need any additional infomation please contact me on my e-mail.

or thru myspace: myspace.com/ralphios

Hope to join you all since I have always enjoyed the company of a clan.

If this is all you need I do have a question on how the whole clan thing works on the PSN. I'm used to (on the PC) to choose the server you are playing on and be able to team up with your clan members.
But since only the random allocation earns you XP i'm confused. I will be playing hardcore the next couple of days to get to that max level and get it all over with.

Thanks for reading let me know something soon!!!

Ralphios

Hello Ralphios. I'll be adding you here shortly so you'll be able to play with us.

Some games have what I and others call "an ingame clan roster". This ingame roster allows a person that wishes to make a clan:the ability to set the clan name, clan tag, and send invites to whom that person wants. The clan roster being viewable to all clan members--with the clan name and tag appearing somewhere by/near a clan members stats when viewing them.

It varies for games on the PSN. COD4 does not have an ingame clan roster or an ingame friends list--clan members are added to your PSN friends list (You can have up to 50 people on your PSN friends list--as of now) and then a clan tag is put on in the game. (The clan tag option is under barracks and can only be worn when level 12 is reached)
----Double Post Merged----
If you're looking to get XP or kills--HeadQuarters/Search and Destroy are best for XP and HeadQuarters/Domination are best for getting kills. (For XP, depending on your team's skill level/length of game, it's possible to play two S&Ds for every one HQ--your performance and team performance will decide how much XP you get at the end)

I hope that answered your question you had, and maybe others you may have had. I'll try to answer any more you might have in the future. Hope to see you soon! :)
