I've tried putting a couple of FPS configs on, to boost my fps. Every time i do that, the game launches then when I get to sending client info the game crashes...I can't get it to work, and I know I'm putting it in right. I'm running DX LVL 8.1, so i dont think that is the problem. If anyone as any idea what I could be doing wrong, please post and let me know.

Please do provide us the details as to Processor and Graphic Adapter so that we'd be able to assist you in most befitting way. Apart from it, whether you're setting the requisite parameters through "Steam" or some other product?

I got a dimension 4600, yeah its super old, but it runs CSS and thats all I use it for. I'm not sure what graphic card is in it.

Wonderful...If you aren't sure about your RIG especially graphic adapter then how we may configure it perfectly.

Well, you may either check / confirm it through Computer Management, Device Manager or finally through Desktop Settings.

Integrated Intel Extreme Graphics 2 is the graphics chipset used. Sadly enough to say that the Dimension 4600 series was listed on PCWorld's "10 Worst PCs of All Time" not too long ago.

The Dimension 4600's problems were yet one more reason why the "Dude, You've Got a Dell" tagline became a joke--though not a particularly amusing one for some customers.

Anyway, try an "official" fps config. Try the CEVO Client Configuration Files v3 (http://www.cevo.com/index.php?page=downloads&func=css)

I maybe slightly missing the point, but just for my 2cents.

Have you updated your graphic drivers to the latest version. Sounds Like you have a SiS intergrated board go here (http://www.sis.com/support/support_prodid.htm) for product identification then try updating drivers...
