Beginner Sig Tutorial

My first tutorial > Just basic forms of some of the styles and techniques I use in my sigs, just my more complicated ones are to a greater degree :) Hopefully it's not too bad or confusing. Please, try it out and let me know what you think, and show me your results! :D And please, do not rip. Haha, it's not really anything special :D Thanks Sky. And yeah, I do the same when I read tutorials, I just can't do everything exactly as they say, but even if you just use some of the stuff I do then I'd like to see how it turned out for you and what you thought of it ^^ Though I have been informed that it's not quite a beginner tutorial, more like novice or intermediate

generally if I have to cut an image myself, I used teh lasso tool and just invert the selection so i delete everything around the image. but you can find already rendered (that background is gone) images on sites. my fav is www.gamerenders.com/forum :)

those are the 2 i use most frequently.

i do the same with L2, use lasso then invert and delete :D

I use the pen tool too, but if im feelin bored or whatever, sometimes I use the polygonal lasso tool, then invert and delete.

lol there are some good tutorials on www.gamerenders.com/forums that talk about the photoshop tools and how to use them. i don't have the exact links but i know they are there as i have read them. im sure they could help with any of the explainations i kinda skipped ;)

well you have already beaten me ^^^ Everytime i try and open cs2 it asks me what program i want to use to open it... nothing is working z.Z
