Dragon Ball or Dragon Ball Z? There is a difference you know..............I own alot of Dragon Ball z and all of GT I have all the movies, the anime ones offcourse.

The live action movie is dragonball.. so i guess its not really suppose to have all those blasts and stuff but it should still have some. The story is weird him being in school and stuff thats kinda WAY off but who knows.

What the... I am highly disappointed with this. 1st of all, how can you have the kid from invisible - a boy that was beaten into limbo - play Goku, the strongest Sayain in the world. It's ironic. And what in the #### is up with piccolo? He's supposed to be green. Hulk green. And where are his antennas? If you stray too far from the original cartoon then you start to lose your fans. I hope they change a few things about this movie because right now... I am not spending a dime on this movie. I'll rather wait till it comes on dvd and have someone else buy it for me.

Okay, now I watched this movie and I give it a 5-6/10. 1st of all, what was with the house in the middle of a crator, and where was the island we all know to be master roshi's house. Who was the girl with piccollo? He didn't have friends when he was evil. Why was goku white? And what happened to Picollo's special beam cannon. Unless the red chi blast was supposed to be it.
I just think they left a lot out and could have done better. They should have kept it closer to the cartoon.

The movie has nothing to do with the series. It's a brand new series that doesn't link with the cartoon.

Honestly, if they were going to make a Live action Movie- they should have done it- relating to Z. I would have found it more interesting. --- DBZ was what taught me to draw.

I thought this movie was disappointing to say the least. I always watched the anime and was excited at first but then I saw the trailers and the cast and I got upset. They could have gotten someone better for Goku, Bulma, Piccolo.

The Dragonball Evolution movie was okay but i still like to watch it i have seen it 2 times so far. The manged to Drop all the Episodes of the Anime/Manga Dragonball in to this one movie of Evolution. I know it was not all quite down to the cracks of the Dragonball episodes but it was still a good movie to me any ways.

I felt it was kind of short, an hour and 9 minutes wtf!, and the editing was very poorly done. The sad thing is they already have a green light to start working on the sequel.

I just keep telling myself they rushed this movie($45 million budget) just so they could keep the license for the franchise as a film and that they will actually put more effort into the next movie.

Also does anyone know why they turned down Tom Welling as the role of Goku because that was their original choice?
