In order to join the instant group / forum, what'd be the entry requirements / criteria of gamer selection?

I am not sure about PC but I know console for 360 is the following.
Recruits:
8 hours a week
32 hours a month
1 month recruitment stage
Attend Orientation held once a month on ventrillo

If accepted
Competitive 8 hours a week
Casual 4 hours a week
