A give you a careless laugh on the outside
But on the inside, everything is breaking.
My heart, my mind, my own emotions,
My mental stability is yours for the taking.
You're playing a game I'd rather not take place in
I'm here, but you only want me when it seems fit.
But I'm not going to be here to catch you when you fall.
And my hurtful words are going to fly, you'll listen to all of it.
Because we can block eachother back and forth
Say hateful words, then take them all back.
But I lack the ability to hate you half as much as I wish too,
And the ability for you to love me fully is what you lack.
I'm only used when needed,
And thats the the way it's always going to be,
You're crying your eyes out but when the tears stop,
Somehow you no longer seem to need me.
Urgency and apathy are taking their place here,
Urgency to forget you in a pace rather fast.
Apathy in a sense of "brushing my shoulder off of the whole matter."
I no longer can lean on you, I must find a new crutch for my cast.
Your selfishness has left you in your own mess.
And don't you care to talk when you're not upset?
Stab my heart with some sedatives and put me in a drug like state.
So I can get up and go, hold a grudge and forget.
Family forever? Family for life?
