Ok so here's the deal. My xbox has been lagging me out of every game I've played today on Halo 3. I have a wireless connection, I replaced the router to cover a larger distance and that wasn't the problem. I moved the console all over the house and right next to the router and it continued the same stuff. even if i play a custom game i will get dropped from it. Sometimes it will happen midgame sometimes at the beginning. Now you will probably still tell me it's a faulty connection but I'm sitting here, hardwired now, and still having the same issue. I called xbox tech support and they performed a system maintenance with me and this also did not fix the problem. TRUTHFULLY this problem has only started happening since the double melee update. This problem does not happen with any other multiplayer game I try to play. With my PMS interview coming up, I CANNOT HAVE THIS HAPPENING!!!! Any help would be amazing. THANKS! -Sgt Pizda

What does it say exactly when it lags you out..?

Try looking at your NAT on the dashboard. If it's strict that can cause alot of problems, but it's easily solved. =]

thought of that one, when it lags me out sometimes it just throws me back into the lobby, sometimes it freezes and sends me to the blue screen, other times "disconnected from messenger" pops up when my messenger sign in is disabled, and sometimes it will drop me from xbl. netgear is the lowest security router, ive never had any of those nat port problems. i've tried everything and im beginning to think it's not on my end since the lag issue isn't with any other game i play. >.<

You aren't experiencing any problem in any game other than Halo 3, is it? What other devices you've connected with instant router? Whether Microsoft Live Gaming Server always represents perfect inbound / outbound signal accuracy? Whether you've asked / consulted their technical staff for further technical assistance?

The problem as mentioned by you doesn't seem really strange...but does require a thorough checkup...indeed...
