Well... here is a quick run-down.
A practice captain or recruitment manager... or someone high up, will make a reply. You will need to add them to your friends list. Also, make sure you add all the practice captains. If you look on the forums, there will be a topic about sigma rankings or something. Add them.
On Sunday (tomorrow); H2O will begin a new class of recruits. Recruitment starts every Sunday @ 6PM EST. You will be given a small orientation about H2O and you will learn information.
From here on, you will have to complete 8 hours of practice per week. It is accumulative per week. You undergo 4 weeks of recruitment, a total of 32 hours is needed to graduate. If you cannot meet 8 hours a week, please tell your practice captains and divisional leaders why. You can always have less one week, and more another. You can always have more... but what really matters is getting 32hours in 4 weeks.
During these 4 weeks, there will be an OFFICIAL orientation through ventrillo. You will need to download ventrillo and find out when the next one is. It is usually, the second Sunday of each month. Find out the time and make sure you go to this. In order to get your forum rights you will need to attend this. If you cannot attend the date provided, you can always ask your divisional leader to host a private one in game.
Once you finish orientation, 4 weeks with 32 hours... you're basically in. You need to be respectful and follow the rules. Certain words, such as the "r" word, aren't allowed. You'll learn them as you go through recruitment. Best of luck and hopefully you'll make it through the recruitment process. It is long and takes a while, but it's well worth it in the end. I just finished, and I'm waiting for an admin to give me my rights. (I told Osiris and he's gettin it done for me). Anyways, hope to see you in game and as a H2O some day.
My gamertag has been changed to: H2O Hamlet, if you want to send me a FR go right on ahead.
Side note: you can't change your gamertag (it isn't a requirement to change it either) until you have finished recruitment and you have been "OK"d by your division leader. So don't do it. Nothing is stopping you from changing it now, but if you do- recruitment will be extended to teach people patience... or something like that. If you don't play on changing your name, then who cares :)
If you have any questions ask away, or send me a chat invite on XBL and i'll talk to you there.
