This is just a general inquiry, but if I'm interested in joining H2O, would I have to attend this orientation? Because the H2O's CS1.6 division appears as dead as roadkill and only the members of PMS seem to be active much at all in general or in CS1.6 particularly.

All recruits need to attend orientation. If you are just interesting in joining you are not required to attend but you may if you are looking to find out more about the clan.
