Fully Alive is not the one about the Columbine Shooting but I like that song too. I love how they are in rock band now as well with I am So Sick...I love that song. That was the song that got me hooked when it was played in Die Hard 4

am i the only one that doesn't like flyleaf? I love rock music in general, but I'm not really into any Nu-Metal bands and flyleaf reminds me too much of that genre. I will say that they're talented, i'm still not a fan. Same with Evanescence. Maybe it's because of the area in Louisiana that I'm from and the way the scene is there. Two of the female-fronted bands that I like right now are Paramore and Vincent Black Shadow.

sweet, yeah they're really good. her voice reminds me of gwen stefani back in the day. but the music is heavier yet still upbeat. definitely worth checking out ;)

Sorrow has to be my favorite song. It's a fixer for problems in my life at times, where **** is just too much, like evanescence's, 'missing' and 'good enough'. ♥

I hadn't heard of the Vincent Black Shadow until Warped this year. They were real jackasses to their friends that helped them with equipment and their friends basically ditched them and were trying to get a ride home with other people.
Her voice does remind me of G Stefani, only not very.. good. In my opinion, anyway. I think it's too whiny, and I can't stand whiny. But their style is different and enjoyable.

Evanescence however, I will argue on behalf of. Amy Lee has got to be the most talented female singer and musician existing right now.

But this is all just my opinion.

i know you love them :) and although I will say that I can agree that SHE is very talented, she seems real cool, i love her style, and i can respect her for sure. Definitely someone i could hang out with. She has a great voice, her band just isn't my style. Like i said, where I'm from ruined it for me. I've heard some of the guys in her band are jerks, but that's all hear-say. I've never gotten too much into V B shadow, just like their music from what i've heard. I kind of LIKE to think that they're jerks, because my husband's last band was "The Vincent" so we always resented them for their name once they got famous (after his band was already around, not to say they had the name first, who knows.) And don't know if you've heard paramore? but they're awesome.

I'm glad your band exists, mav, because i like you much more than evanescence :D

Seen them on tour with KoRn, Deftones, Evanescence, and Trivium. AMAZING!!

Not a fan. Don't care much for female singers in general other than the singer from Eyes Set to Kill. I don't know what it is, but they either sound too nasally or just too screechy. Don't care much for them though.
