There is already like 50 threads about this lol! The Admins are working on the important stuff right now. Like to make sure the right people have their forum rights and other things like that. They will worry about the Live Chat a little later. You can use IRC though. I hear its even better than the Live Chat.

It is better than Live Chat. And yes, please! This issue has already been covered multiple times. Please go look in the Tech area first before asking these questions.

yes, this has been discussed all over the forums.
do not wine at the admins, at the moment they are probably swamped, and they know what we want back, so yes of course old things will be back.

Everyone wants the chat back even though in the old chat...
Having 1 person in the old chat was good...even though he would usually be AFK
Having 2 people was cool..but usually noone would talk
Having 3 people was a party...
All this to say, the old chat wasn't used that much in its...final days...

I saw, we convert to an IRC chat. Java = Lame
But the chats easier to access, I think it would be fair if we had both. Like stated many times, give it some time

IRC chat is simple. We had one for our radio show. You would just click the link on the Website and it automatically set it to your login name and connected you to the server and the room. :)

Only you can make irc chatting harder, both are easy to access.

there was like 15 people in there the last day we had it. Plus admins that came in to deal with that starcraft guy. I want it back for the fact that it was our chat and its on the website and you get to see whoes on before going there and everything. If we do get a chat then hopefully its alot better than IRC and the old one.

There really isn't a chat better than IRC. IRC has nickserv, chanserv and enough OPs to keep out trolls, spammers and advertisers.

Really simple and if you use the mIRC program and if you download some cool stuff you can even use popups and play music in the room. Just think you could say brb and have a door shutting as you leave lol wavs and midi's and mp3 wow cool stuff. Lets wake up that mIRC chat room and make it musical and colorful what do you say? :)
