Who wants to help create custom gamercard software

well i need someone to help me with the project im taking on i have recieved the gamercard developers kit and need someone to help create the actual gamercard software (its not that hard) i just have no clue what cURL is so if anyone out there knows how to use

cURL, html and flash and a little css
