Having a vent issue

is there something wrong with vent

it says that it cant authenticate

definately try reinstalling or check if your IP banned. or if you have the wrong password its obviously not going to authenticate you. also if somone has created a player profile for you in vent so you dont log in as guest. this comes with a individual password, so the server password could be colliding with it. pretty much im just brainstorming what could be the problem. personally i dont know exactly whats wrong. good luck on fixing this, ha.

Connected to server but unable to authenticate your login name and password. Make sure you entered the correct global server password or the password for your unique login name. You will be automatically banned if you try connecting with the wrong password several more times, so be sure you have the correct password before you try again. Passwords are case sensitive and must be completely retyped if you are making a change to it. The password will always be displayed as 8 (*'s or dots) even if the actual length of the password is shorter or longer then 8. You should also verify that you entered the correct IP address (or hostname) and Port number. If the port number is wrong you are connecting to the wrong server.

For some reason the password authentication got shut off and I didn't notice and i turned it back on tonight. PM your leader for the server password.

lol ya i talked with snake about it cause a Rainbow guy couldnt get on then in about 10 seconds the problem was fixed
