You know, I don't hate the OS, i hate the bundled hardware they charge you an arm and a leg for. Especially if they use woodcrest in the top end desktops. Plus, I can make my desktop look cooler....and not white.... ;)
At this point differentiating between an operating system and...well...a system needs to be done. Mac OS or Mac hardware. Well boo to the hardware. The OS, you can use it if you like, but its really just preference. No, if mac's had the market penetration windows had they would be equally virus-laden. In fact there have been about as many software patches for the mac os as for windows in the past few months. So tis all preference :)

it's pretty much impossible to win this argument on this forum bc most of us are gamers, right? pcs i admit, seem much better w/games . . . lol, considering they have so many more on the market .. . but seriously, i'm not gonna find any support on this forum bc you guys all play games and stuff, so most own pcs i'm assuming . ..

Bah, you realize that there is a great irony with that image? Purportedly children with downs syndrome (sp?) actually live happier and much less stressful lives than the rest of us? And common, I like winning :)

We should all agree that all of the processors have there positive and negative attributes to them.

But I still think that any Linux vs. Mac vs. Windows debate is retarded, as it always ends up with off-topic discussion and people cussing eachother out.

It was for all of us to have fun about this subject not ta get mad. Cuz as of right now im about ta blow my pc up cuz it was acting really stupid. i tried to make a vid about the pain i had to go thru but i didnt feel like it.

lol . . . i can just see u like, slamming your fists into it, cursing constantly, and then finally taking a hammer through the screen and reaching in to tear out a ton of cords, but then ultimately electrocuting yourself . . . hahahha . . . yup, that's pretty much what would happen

Well my sister swears by her mac sayn how much better mac os-x is over windows
but i'm still wondering how vista factors in and if live anywhere will only be anywhere that runs on vista possibly leaving macs out in the cold.
As for price vista equipped pc's will be as/more exspensive than mac's are.

You don't build PCs on your own do ya? Trust me, price isn't even a comparison, just like Alienware or voodoo or falcon northwest's prices are far higher than they should be considering the hardware. Its the concept.

lolz well i got it to work. I basically had to reformat one of my drivers. It suk cuz i had a lot of important data on my drive. Wat also suks too iz that my dad told me i reformated the wrong driver.
Duznt matter tho cuz my comp iz way faster and i got rid of a whole lot of unnecessary things. COmp works now so im a happy bunny :)

No i don't build computers but my brother has built 7 and with vista being 3d heavy
you can bet you'll need top of the line stuff,at first,anyway.
We'll have to just wait n see if live "anywhere" will be mac compliant/conpatible or not.
Live anywhere's an extension of xbox live that's accessable on your cell or pc.
Cool stuff like checking who's online/texting friends on you friends list from your cell.
Got zuma on 360 well that same download might be valid for cell games as well.
When on your p.c. you can bring up your friends list,chat with them from the pc and
other crazy stuff-that's why i'm expecting mac's to get the cold shoulder but in 07
we'll know for sure.
In jan 07 shadowrun will mark a first for gaming....because wheather on p.c or 360
you can finally play TOGETHER!!!!!! That's really going to be inturusting.
As part of live anywhere your xbox live account will also now support the p.c.!
1 account across multiple platforms. Future vista games will be played on live!!
