The Red Rings and What They Mean

Have you been playing your xbox lately and all of a sudden you see the 3 Red RINGS OF DEATH? What it means is that your xbox has exceeded its normal temperature limit. When it gets too hot it it loses contact with the GPU and CPU.
This has happened to me 3 times in 6 months. What I did was turn my xbox off wait a minute then turn it back on.

Has this ever happened to you?

If it has then submit here and maybe we can find out how to destroy the Red Rings together. If you already know how then post here and you can save lots of us lots of trouble. Not to mention time.

Err. I have gotten the RLOD 2 times, let my 360 breathe, then started playing again.

Basically the only thing to fight overheating, or keeping it in a nice cool area. Eh, thats your destroying of the RLOD i guess.
