[My] PMS Girl/[My] H2O Boy

I've noticed that a lot of you either have an H2O boy or two, and the H2O's have a PMS girl. I was wondering how that works..

1. Does the PMS girl choose the H2O boy, or how does that work?
2. Why do you choose a PMS girl or H2O boy?
3. What type of relationship do they have?
4. I hope I put this in the right category. :)

i have a H2O but i am not sure if my answer's are right though lol,a PMS girl doesn't have to but if they want to can ask a H2O to be her H2O,but an H2O cannot ask a PMS girl to be someone's H2O...you basically build your realtionship before you ask an H2O to be your H2O,(playing with them,talking to them etc.) & you also ask them to be your H2O to be your support vice versa,it's one of your friends & just basically someone to help pick you up when your down & if you posted this under anything goes i think that should be the right place. =]

3) the relationship between h2o/pms girl and boy are usually just friendly to professional, but some have relationships with there h2o, probably a boyfriend for example

Wafer pretty much covered it. But I'll add my own little bit.

1. Yes, the PMS girl chooses the H2o boy (s)
2. You don't have to choose an H2o/PMS. Both clans are open recruitment (a PMS doesn't have to have an h2o to join and an h2o doesn't have to have a PMS to join). It is the choice of both. A PMS girl asks a guy (either in the H2o clan or not) to be her h2o.
3. There are many kinds. Most are as Wafer said of the friendly/professional type. For the most part, girls choose someone that is equivalent to a best friend. A guy you talk with a lot and is the first person you go to (outside of any of the girls) for anything. However, there are also girls who choose their boyfriends (not entirely recommended due to the restrictions of how many h2os you can pick up in your lifetime as a PMS girl, 2 at a time and 3 total, as obviously breakups happen and not all couples remain on friendly terms afterwards) or even their husbands.

As Wafer said, there are restrictions in relation to adult/minor relationships in terms of PMS/H2o. I believe the rule is that a PMS/H2o under 17 can't have a PMS/H2o over 19 (don't quote me on that). This area of information is covered when recruits for both clans attend orientation and leaders usually cover the rules and all that such as well. We're always open to questions or concerns.

Yes, PMS girls under 18 can't have an H2o over 18, and vice versa.

Hit the search button and type a few of the key terms in.. "PMS Girl H2O" or something should work.. it will hopefully give you a few links explaining the process in which both PMS girls and H2O boys must follow, etc., to become each other's PMS/H2O. It will also have a few little tidbits about the history of PMS/H2O, and how a guy used to join H2O.. I believe.

itz ya girl, I believe that you can talk to one of your division leaders about a big sis. Also, when you say that you want an H2O boy, I hope you mean that you already have one in mind :D

yep they all got it right...the girls ask the H20 guys and it is a wise idea to develop a good strong relationship with that h20 before asking them...i am not sure who mine is going to be...peace

So this came up yesterday amongst my staff, that rule about not being able to aquire a PMS girl or H2o boy (in my case H2o Man :D ) until you've been in the clan atleast 3months, does that start right after your recruitment is over (example : 30 day recruitment + 90 day grace period = :mvpmsh2o: or is it 30day recruitment + 60 day grace period = :mvpmsh2o: )
Another thing Ive seen that this rule hasnt been inforced amongst new divisions and we have all these would be PMS'rs and H2o's getting all excited over this virtual relationship, I would like to ask that all divisions start inforcing this rule, this following friday I will have a mandatory meeting with my division because Im starting to have this problem.

Well stated Triple, the entire rule almost slipped me mind since I don't have an H2O yet. It would help put a stop to any sort of non-clan relationships that could explode later on.

Actually as far as I understand the 3 months is not a clan wide rule (unless it changed recently) but each individual division can choose to make the time longer than the standard 30 day recruitment period, as Omicron made it the 3 month rule.

+365 days? You may want to rethink that one, and possibly review it per person (or rather, persons..), per case.

I am quite sure if someone is truly willing to accept someone as their H2o/PMS, then they are not partial to what division they are in, and probably would rather switch games or divisions to be each other's H2o/PMS (instead of NOT becoming attached in that way, I mean).. in my case, I know this is the truth.

A big sister is something we'll be talking to you about soon. In regards to a H2o, you'll still have the roughly 45 days after your recruitment is done into the division. And think carefully about what a h2o is because you don't particularly want to advertise yourself that way, get lots of random and not so sincere people then XD

In the Halo 3 Delta division a girl has to complete her 30 day trial and then once she is a full member of Delta she has to wait an additional 6 months. So it's 1 month + 6 months = 7 months total. It seems to have cut way back on the "drama" that can happen when choosing a H2O too soon. PMS girls should really take their time when deciding wether to even ask a guy to be their H2O and once they decide they would like to ask they should have know this guy for some time and have been friends with them for awhile. I absolutely DO NOT recommend a PMS girl choose a H2O if she hasn't been friends with him for several months at least.

Take it from me. The 90 days is a GOOD IDEA. I went through 3 so fast my head spin and all 3 were bad apples. If the 90 days had been in place, it would have done 3 things for me.

1. Given me time to get to know the guys better. It would be hard to hide the truly bad qualities for 3 months.

2. Put less emphasis on the pairing up. I felt obligated to do it during my recruitment. Mostly just due to the fact that I felt left out if I didn't.

3. Making sure you pick someone as dedicated to the clan as you are. My 2nd H20 bounced from the clan after one month. Grrrrrrrr

Per ruling by Athena Twin, time period before a PMS member can pickup an H2O is 30 days which is basically the recruitment time. Even though that is the rule, I STRONGLY advise that you wait and really get to know the person until you decide to pick him up.
