If it came preinstalled there is keys, it should have been with your documentation. Typically its printed on a square the size of a CD and is a label.
great now i have to find it good thing my dad gets back on saturday thanks

most computers only come with (in the case of Office '07) a 24 use trial of the Msft Office 2007 software. If there's a product key in the box (it literally is a slip of paper then you usually are using that to activate the trial version...which serves little purpose tbh.
if you did in fact purchase the software pre-loaded (i.e. ordered from Dell and said 'ya, i want Office on there) then you want to CTRL+F your life and find that key since Office '07 is ~$150 at most retail stores.
If you did only have the trial of the software suite, then when the trial period ends, go buy the software from the store instead of just downloading a product key/software info from Microsoft. Nothing is worse than suddenly having to reformat your hard drive and realizing that that product key is nowhere to be found...trust me, recovering it from that point is a headache and a half
ya i had no idea that it was a trial until i asked my dad so o well

ya, i mean it was a trial even with Office 2003, but it ran as a 30 day trial not use trial.
either way, just pick up the full version from a retail store.
