Hey guys,

Have you heard the Vettes? probably not. They're a really good new wave-ish/electronic/rock band from Louisiana. I actually grew up with some of the members, and they are doing really well for themselves. They recently got signed to ThroBack records out here in L.A. and I'm really proud of them for that. They're still a local band in Louisiana though and I hope they get more recognition :)

That's why I thought I'd post this, I'm listening to them at work right now and they're definitely worth sharing. They're like "Shiny Toy Guns" but better. Rachel, the singer, has a really good voice and she's drop dead gorgeous on top of that! You'll definitely see more of them in the future :)

you think so? well i know they haven't really been together THAT long, so i definitely agree with you that they have tons of potential and I think they're going to go far. I know they're going to get just better and better and I can't wait to hear what's next from them.
