Maybe because of your graphics and processor, because you have a hard time playing it with an Intel Celeron at 2.3Ghz and an Nvidia FX5200.

It could be one of MANNNNNY things at that point and we could be here for days throwing suggestions, each one legit in its own way.

First thing I would do if i were you is

a) reinstall Direct X 9.0c
b) reinstall Video drivers

Being as its dropping as the game loads, or more so toward the end.. it sounds like its a driver thats causing the hiccup. If that doesnt work.. reinstall the game.. after that, troubleshooting becomes a bit more involved and I'll spend the time throwing suggestions once you get there.

actually you don't meet requirements of cs:s. You cannot use onboard graphics like what your machine has. If some way you could, you have to download your drivers from intel but I still don't think that would make a difference since that graphics chip takes ram from your main memory.
