Eh, well my friend just sent me the files to overwrite before *^^* But that works too, or if you have a reg code already? I just wanna be able to use PS again ; ;

You'd need more than a code.

As online registration I believe will most likely fail, you will need to use a serial generator to get the activation code from after you click on "Activate by Phone" ;)

I sent you a PM with the file you should download, do so and you should be up and running in no time.
