So i downloaded a adobe photoshop... any this is my first sig... I dont really understand most of it... but I think I'm getting a lil...

Its good for a first try. The subtext is a little hard to read, maybe bold it or make it a little bigger.
the text under your name is kinda hard to read, but overall I like it. 7/10

Hey nice sig. Going a little off topic. For some reason when i try to download stuff at adobe like photoshop it says i need to put in my registered name. But when i look for sign up they don't have 1. could someone tell me where to register for adobe?

I'd give it maybe a 5 :) You still have a lot to learn but it isn't bad. The text needs a bit more to it, to make it easier to read. If you double click the text layer, you can play with the blending effects. Also, try brushing and doing stuff to just the background, and then seperate effects to the image of the girl. And of course, try more colors. There are a lot of tutorials that can help you to improve and just explain basic uses of photoshop tools :D keep working at it
