Hey there all. I'm a 28 year old gamer who's been into multiplayer PC gaming since I first setup a LAN with friends for Doom. I live in NJ and love it, but spend a good amount of time out of State due to work. Oddly enough I generally avoid NYC, even though I'm just 40 minutes from it, as most of my friends don't seem to care for the bars/parties/events I'd like to hit there.
I consider myself a relatively open and reasonable person, though perhaps a bit too frank at times. I generally get along with most people I run into, and believe that I'm a giving, caring, and forgiving person, though at times it takes me some effort to keep to my own standards. When I do slip up, I've found that I usually respond very well to a well reasoned argument against my current idiocy, and that extra dose of shame helps me to keep my mistakes in mind, and to prevent them in the future. :o
I haven't gamed competitively since Quake, where I was part of clan The. Our clan was very small, but we did manage to get to the finals in the Threewave CTF Ladder, where we were beaten out for the top HPB clan competing by Clan Legend, and managed to take second from Clan GIB. Since then I've thought of playing competitively, but my schedule had prohibited such things. These days this has changed, and I'm hoping to get involved in the PMS/H2O Coed TF2 team and get back into the scene!
Nicks:
In Team Fortress 2 (PC): Choo
Supreme Commander (my other big game lately): Kymlaar
X-Fire: kymlaar
PSN: kymlaar
AIM: Penginchoo
X-Box Live: kymlaar, though I haven't played anything on my 360 in forever.
I don't have a Myspace worth mentioning (started to read a friends Blog), nor a Livejournal that I've been to anytime recently. Feel free to friend me in any of the above locations, just make sure to drop a message saying hi and letting me know you're from here.
Alright, I think that about covers it for now. See you all in game. =)
FYI, my keyboard has strange T, O, and P keys, and from time to time I slip up and don't notice a missing letter. I apologize in advance for the mistakes that I'm sure I'll make from time to time.
