Okay. I remember back when i was a little girl sitting in my living room with friends, cousins and my half brother. On the couch eyes hooked onto Alvin and the chipmunks. When the show was stopped i was devastated, but i lived and found other kiddy shows. But after turning 13 I got into shows with people in it, like General Hospital, Project Runway, The Hills saga (ie LB, NH), Degrassi ETC.

But now...The show has been made into a movie and i am extremely excited to see this movie. And it's funny b/c im still friends with the girls i'd watch it with and we're all hyped. I told my mom and she goes, "you know you guys will be the only ones in there over 17. Heck 15 for that matter." But when i saw meet the robinsons the majority of people there were teens and early 20s. I feel like a kid going, but then i end up having a blast. and because i think it was a show my generation saw as kids, so the turnout will be adults that watched and their kids.

So I'm telling you, if you watched the show when you were a kid, or if you have a kid who you watched with. GO. SEE. THE. Movie next week. And if you have kids take them with you to relive the memories!

You know, if I were a film critic, I'd be rolling my eyes at the new Chipmunks movie.

But I'm not, so I think it looks cute.

I'm iffy about the whole Alvin and the Chimpmunks movies, I lvoed them as a kid growing up and still do bc the show is a classic but alot of live action movies based on cartoons are bad, i.e Underdog(yes I saw it and was disapointed.) I do however think that casting Jason Lee as the father is a good idea.

on a side note at least both of you aren't from East Windsor, CT this town is horrible.

Northern Fairfield County isn't all that bad of a place. I love going back to visit.
